A graduate of John Glenn High School in Bay City, Melissa furthered her education at Ross Medical Trade School. Hailing from Bay City, MI, Melissa’s favorite aspect of her career is building relationships with patients, learning about their needs, and providing assistance. Her journey into the hearing industry began with an internship during her schooling, where she discovered her passion for the field and has remained dedicated ever since.
